Better Together© is all about building and maintaing your own natural support network, a group of friends, family and other connections that are helpful in times of distress as well as celebration. Your Better Together© Group becomes an important part of your network.
Studies show that the more you engage in your Group, connections organically (automatically) emerge. These connections can be called upon between Group Sessions, too.
Because Better Together© is made up of only licensed professional therapists, Groups are safe, very affordable (about $30 a Session), and you can have as much anonymity as you like. There is never pressure for you to participate more than you are comfortable.
